How catalogue publication works
Publication is a chain of evidence: source, object record, local imagery, and a deliberate public decision.

Begin with the source
A record starts with documented artwork, an archive object, or a real relationship to a release or artist. Internal notes are not public provenance.

Record only supported facts
Materials, measurements, imagery, manufacturing origin, and timing appear only when the source data states them. Missing details remain missing.
- Local product media is required.
- External placeholder media is rejected.
- Publication and commerce are separate decisions.

Publish deliberately
A visible development record is not automatically public. Each locale needs an explicit publication flag and must pass the same completeness checks.
