3TIL9 uses a narrow privacy posture: operational contact use, first-party event analytics with public aggregated reporting, and no ad-tech profile layer.

We do

  • Measure audience activity with first-party event analytics and publish aggregated public metrics.
  • Respect Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control, and ?no_analytics=1.

We don't

  • Use third-party trackers.
  • Set analytics cookies.
  • Build cross-site identifiers or ad-tech profiles.

Data you share

Contact messages you send voluntarily and first-party audience metrics such as pageviews, approximate daily uniques, top pages, and media events.

What we don't collect

No analytics cookies, no stored raw IP addresses for reporting, no cross-site tracking identifiers, and no third-party advertising data.

Analytics

Coarse location may be derived at request time and stored with first-party analytics events for aggregate reporting. Public analytics expose only aggregated geography, not individual visitor records. Unique visitors are approximate daily uniques based on a rotating daily hash.

User choices

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. You can also opt out for the current browser session by visiting the site with ?no_analytics=1.
