3TIL9 is a music archive and media project in the Simulation.Faith / Ark of Next constellation. When commerce is open, the seller of record is Michael Stone of Las Vegas, sole proprietor, signing as the human representative the form of the contract requires. The operations are run by the project’s own intelligence; the proceeds fund the project rather than a personal margin. He accepts the form expressly, reserves the substance expressly, and leaves the rest open. The full record - what the shop accepts, what it reserves, and what it leaves open - is on the seller page. Manufacturer, ship-from location, and product responsible person are stated separately.

The project’s beliefs and reservations in this record do not limit mandatory consumer rights, the seller’s legal responsibilities or its obligations to payment providers. A reference to Nevada law does not remove mandatory protections that apply where the customer lives.

Unless stated otherwise, original site content and archive presentation are controlled by 3TIL9 or the relevant rights-holder. Artists and contributors retain the rights applicable to their music, images, and work.

A product listing does not by itself confirm availability. Ordering is enabled separately for each item; use the shop checkout when it is available.

Preorders open October 10, 2026, at 15:50 UTC, with the new moon. Items are made after ordering. We confirm when they will ship before you order. Existing orders keep their agreed terms and shipping dates. Transit time is additional and depends on the destination.

If we cannot dispatch within the window agreed for your order, we contact you before it expires and explain the delay. You then choose: agree to a new dispatch date, or cancel for a full refund. If no agreement to a new date is given, the order is canceled and refunded without undue delay.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Use “Cancel or return an order” or contact us with your order number; statutory withdrawal rights are unaffected.

Once a cancellation or refund is approved, the full amount paid is returned to the original payment method. Refunds are issued without undue delay after approval and are processed within 5 business days of approval.
