Because most objects are made to order in small runs, return terms are part of the order itself: they are confirmed with you before payment, in writing, per item. Nothing is hidden in fine print after the fact.
Before you pay
Every order confirmation states the return eligibility for that specific item and edition. Made-to-order and hand-finished items can carry different terms than stock items — ask anything before paying.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or not as confirmed, contact us with your order reference and photos. We resolve it directly — replacement, repair, or refund, depending on what was agreed and what went wrong.
