Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact.


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


  • Contact our customer service team either through email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization code and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging materials.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction.

Refunds:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue by offering a refund or replacement. Please provide detailed information and any relevant photos of the damaged or defective item to facilitate the process.


Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item does not meet the specified conditions or if it is beyond the 30-day return window.

Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item.
